The Finery Tops Out

This week we celebrated the topping out of The Finery in Waterloo with Mirvac CEO and Managing Director Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz and the NSW Treasurer Dominic Perrottet both highlighting the contribution of residential construction to the NSW economy and job creation.

“Construction is the engine room of our state, our economy and businesses like Mirvac are front and centre of helping us to deliver our vision for NSW, to be the best place to live, to work, and to raise a family,” Mr Perrottet said at the topping out.

“Last year there were 75,000 home approvals by government but that doesn’t translate into delivery. Seeing Mirvac delivering those homes is crucial.”

The Finery presents a unique new way of inner-city living, designed to promote ways for the community to know each other and their neighbours. Crafted, bespoke and inspired by the industrial heritage of Waterloo, The Finery’s 223 apartments and terraces, lushly landscaped gardens, rooftop terrace with plunge pool, sun deck and outdoor kitchen and ground floor retail will be completed by mid-2018.
